FAQs

What can I expect during my first appointment?

No matter if it's your first visit or your 100th, we aim to make every client feel welcome and at ease. Our space and policies foster open communication between our experts and clients, and during your first visit, we’re excited to learn about you and your skin! In addition to completing our online forms (ideally 24 hours before your appointment), we may ask a few questions to better understand your skin and goals, ensuring we create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve them. Once that’s settled, we’ll offer you a blanket, so you can relax, get comfortable, and enjoy the experience!

How often should I get a facial?

We recommend facial treatments every 28 days for best results!

Can I get a facial if I am pregnant or nursing?

Absolutely! All of our customized facial treatments are safe during pregnancy. If there's anything we can do to enhance your comfort, such as placing a bolster under your legs, please let your provider know. Our facials are also safe for individuals who are nursing, but if you have any concerns, we recommend consulting with your doctor before the treatment.

Do you treat minors?

We can treat any individual with parental consent.

I booked an appointment for something that isn’t the best fit for my skin… What now?

No worries! We always prioritize the health of your skin. If we determine that the service you booked isn’t the best option for your skin at the moment, we’ll adjust the treatment to one that better suits you, your skin, and your goals.

Things to keep in mind…

  1. Individuals who have received Botox or Dermal fillers (any injectables), chemical peels, micro-needling, micro-blading, permanent makeup/tattoo, cosmetic treatments with laser or ultrasound, must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial treatment can be performed.

  2. Individuals prescribed Accutane (Isotretinoin Therapy) must wait 6-12 months after completion of the prescription before any facial treatment can be performed.

  3. If you are currently under the care of a doctor or dermatologist and taking oral anit-biotics or topical antibiotics, we ask you to wait two weeks after you discontinue use to receive any facial treatment.
