We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure a smooth experience. If you arrive after your scheduled start time, your treatment will still end at the originally scheduled time. Please note, you will be charged for the full cost of the initial appointment. To get the most out of your treatment, it's important to be on time. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and cancellation fees may apply.

Your appointment is very important to us and is reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please call us at 915-637-0507. If we are unavailable or outside of business hours, please leave a voicemail, and we will return your call as soon as possible.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% charge of the service fee. No-call, no-shows may be subject to a 100% service charge. Prepaid appointments tied to a package will incur a $50 rescheduling fee if rescheduled within 24 hours.

A valid credit card is required to book an appointment. This policy also applies to those using gift cards or gift certificates. Full payment is due at the time of service. If you prefer to use a different form of payment during your appointment, we accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Please note, we do not accept personal checks.

Physical gift cards may be purchased at “Be.YOU.tiful Creations Beauty Salon & Spa” during business hours.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash.
